Information on the Programme and Application
Women Connect, a Powercoders’ career orientation and empowerment programme for migrant and refugee women interested in digital careers, will be running again in Zurich this March. They have opened applications and are happy to take applications from women who are interested in this opportunity.
About Women Connect
Women Connect is a 6-week, in-person programme designed for women with a migrant or refugee background who are interested in entering or re-entering the tech and digital sector in Switzerland.
The programme focuses on:
- Confidence-building and transferable skills
- Understanding the Swiss tech job market
- Exploring digital career pathways
- Networking and role models from the tech industry
- Building a supportive peer community
It is free of charge for selected participants and is held in English (minimum B1/B2 required).
